Announcement Kunststoff Schwanden AG China

Kunststoff Schwanden AG strengthens its business in China with the acquisition of all shares from the joint venture with the Jingmei Weiye Group.

In March the Jingmei Weiye Group sold its 30 percent share in the joint venture to Kunststoff Schwanden AG. As a result, the company was renamed KeSuTuoFeng Molding (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. By taking over all shares, Kunststoff Schwanden AG has created a good position for further expansion in the Chinese region. The customers' demand for global supply by one contact partner can now be met even better.
